Oh, you want to know where I get my protein from?
…
I eat burgers🤷🏽♀️💪🏼
…

…
My friend messaged me the other day with a very valid question. She asked: ‘How are you not sick of eating burgers by now?’ My valid answer to her valid question: ‘I need to get my protein in somehow’. On that note, we are finally writing our thoughts on Ed’s Easy Diner’s new vegan menu, which we tried during their #edsveganhour ! Oh, and did we mention that this new menu includes the Moving Mountain B12 burger! Also, no this is not us (incase you hadn’t gathered that we are not blonde)! Amesha was busy at work so I brought along my beautiful (non-vegan) friend Tanya and it is clear by looking at her grin, she very much approves the vegan burger!

Review:
Full of plant protein and flavour, Ed’s Diner is certainly taking over London and we can see why. This burger is a beautiful creation – it is filling, but not sickening. The patty itself is revolutionary, with the texture imitating a meaty patty (don’t worry, it is not sickeningly similar)! The vegan cheese melted inside was a nice touch, adding a stringy texture. The spices added that necessary kick. Both milkshakes are a yes from us, however, the Reese’s Peanut Butter Milkshake certainly hit that sweet spot. Yes, it is as good as it sounds and we do not think it needs more explanation!

Pricing:
With the burger coming in at £12 it can certainly seem pricey, however, this price includes vegan cheese and fries so it is certainly value for money! The milkshakes range from £3.75 to £5.25 depending on flavour and size. We know for certain we will be popping back soon to grab some more of their Reese’s Peanut Butter Milkshake!
